Meridian Hospital is seeking a dynamic and experienced
Manager for the Food & Beverages Department
to oversee and elevate our dietary services. The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality food preparation, patient satisfaction, hygiene compliance, and efficient kitchen operations within a hospital environment.

Experience Required:
Minimum 5-8 years (Hospital/Hotel/Healthcare F&B experience preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the kitchen, patient diet distribution, cafeteria, and staff dining areas.
Ensure food quality, presentation, and safety standards are consistently met.
Coordinate patient dietary requirements with clinical dietitians.
Maintain hygiene and sanitation in compliance with FSSAI and hospital infection control protocols.
Manage F&B staff scheduling, performance, and training.
Monitor inventory, procurement, and cost control.
Conduct regular audits and quality checks.
Liaise with vendors for supplies and negotiate contracts as required.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Hotel Management, Food Science, Nutrition, or related field.
Proven leadership in managing food service operations in a healthcare setup.
Strong knowledge of dietary norms, food safety, and hospital F&B compliance.
Excellent communication and team management skills.
Proficient in budgeting, reporting, and stock control.
