Summary -
An exciting opportunity to join a leading financial intelligence and research team, specializing in equity index computation, mutual fund products, and passive investments. This role involves end-to-end index management, research, and development of innovative index solutions tailored for investment products.

Responsibilities - * Launching innovative and replicable indices for index funds and ETFs

• Performing daily index computation, reconstitution, and rebalancing
• Presenting new product ideas and insights to client product and investment teams
• Tracking global best practices in passive investing and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
• Preparing high-quality analytical reports for senior leadership and external agencies

Requirements - * 6 to 12 years of experience in equity index computation, mutual funds, or similar domains

• Strong understanding of index mathematics, corporate actions, and equity market functioning
• Familiarity with passive investment vehicles like mutual funds, AIFs, PMS, or insurance
• Strong analytical and presentation skills
• Knowledge of coding languages would be a plus
