Ensure flawless execution of bookings -- flights, hotels, transport, excursions, and experiences. Incorporate unique experiences, upgrades, and value-adds to elevate the journey.
Vendor & Partner Collaboration : Develop strong partnerships with hotels, airlines, tourism boards, and destination management companies (DMCs). Negotiate competitive rates, offers, and inclusions to deliver both value and margin. Stay current on global travel trends, seasonal opportunities, and destination highlights.
Customer Experience & Service Excellence: Ensure end-to-end support: pre-trip briefing, on-trip assistance, and post-trip engagement. Proactively resolve client concerns and manage escalations with empathy and efficiency. Measure and improve customer satisfaction through structured feedback (CSAT/NPS)
