Job Title Manager - Fire & Safety
Summary

Key Responsibilities Physical Security o Inspect, test, operate, and maintain fire safety equipment and systems using hand tools, hydrostatic test equipment, and monitoring devices. o Coordinate with OE/AMC service providers for major maintenance, repair, and replacement of fire safety system parts. o Conduct daily monitoring and preventive maintenance of fire safety equipment and systems. o Carry out periodic testing and inspections of fire protection systems to ensure functionality and compliance. o Assist in fire safety inspections, mock drills, and emergency response activities. o Develop, implement, and monitor health & safety plans in compliance with statutory regulations. o Prepare and enforce safety policies to foster a culture of health, safety, and compliance within the workplace. o Evaluate existing processes, facilities, and practices to identify risks and ensure adherence to legal requirements. o Conduct awareness programs, training sessions, and presentations on fire safety, accident prevention, and occupational health practices. o Monitor compliance with safety standards, laws, and organizational policies by inspecting employees, machinery, and operations. o Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses to identify root causes and recommend corrective and preventive measures. o Prepare reports on safety performance, compliance status, incident statistics, and improvement initiatives. o Recommend continuous improvements in safety systems, policies, and procedures.
