About the Role
Responsibilities:
This is an exciting role and would entail you to We are seeking a dynamic and qualified Chartered Accountant (CA), preferably a first-attempt pass, with 3-5 years of post-qualification experience to take on the role of Manager - Financial Reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in statutory audit processes, in-depth knowledge of IGAAP and IND AS. Hands-on experience with ERP systems is preferable.
The role requires exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Statutory Audit:
o Manage and oversee statutory audits to ensure compliance with regulatory standards (IGAAP, IND AS, and other applicable GAAP).
o Collaborate with external auditors, providing necessary documentation and insights.
o Drive monthly book closures and ensuring correct accounting transactions like accruals, prepaid, amortization etc
o Driving all accounting related matters and preparation and review of monthly schedules

Background and Requirements
Experience Required
o 3-5 years of post-qualification experience in statutory audits and financial reporting.
o Strong knowledge of IGAAP, IND AS, and familiarity with other global accounting standards.
o Proficiency in ERP systems,
o Prior experience with Big Audit Firms is an added advantage.
