Job Title: Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis

About the Role :
The Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis will lead budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning for business and central units. Based in Powai, the role involves analyzing loan book performance, branch profitability, and key financial metrics. The candidate will support senior management with insights through market analysis, ALM statements, and financial reports. CA or Finance postgraduates with NBFC/Banking experience and strong analytical skills are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function for the Business and Central Unit
Prepare annual/periodic budgets and strategic plans
Analyze loan book performance, collections, and key financial ratios
Generate branch-level profitability statements and productivity metrics
Conduct market analysis, competition mapping, and peer benchmarking
Deliver analytical reports to support Senior Management decision-making
Prepare cash flow forecasts and Asset Liability Management (ALM) statements
Desired Profile:
Postgraduate in Finance (CA preferred)
Experience in NBFC or Banking sectors
Strong financial modeling, analytical, and presentation skills
