Position: Manager- Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

Location: Cochin

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Manager - FP&A to lead our MIS and

financial planning processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in

accounting and financial reporting, with a sharp analytical mindset and experience

handling complex financial data.

Key Responsibilities

? Prepare and deliver monthly MIS reports with accuracy and timeliness

? Coordinate with accounts team to ensure smooth and timely monthly book

closure

? Review and analyze balance sheet and financial performance

? Liaise with multiple departments to gather, validate and analyze financial data

? Interpret financial results, identify trends and variances, and provide actionable

insights

? Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling activities

? Lead, guide, and review the work of junior finance team members

Qualifications & Experience

? CA / CMA / MBA (Finance)/ Commerce graduate

? Minimum 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in MIS / FP&A roles or experience in

audit firms with exposure to large or complex clients

? Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting

? Proficiency in Excel, financial tools, and ERP systems

? Excellent communication and coordination skills

? Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability

? Experience managing or mentoring a team preferred
