Responsibilities - * Leading the budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

• Providing insightful financial analysis and reports to steer strategic decision-making.
• Developing performance metrics and performing profitability analysis of products/services.
• Assisting in capital allocation and liquidity planning, ensuring resource optimization.
• Partnering across departments for the creation and implementation of financial strategies.
• Enhancing financial processes and implementing innovative tools for efficiency.

Requirements - * Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis within Financial Services.

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in financial modeling and Excel.
• Strong business acumen and an ability to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.
• Data-driven mindset with a meticulous attention to detail.
• Exposure or experience working in a banking/financial services environment is highly desirable.
