Manager - Financial Controllership - CA - 12+ Years - Bengaluru/Mumbai/Pune
An exciting opportunity to lead and manage a team of Chartered Accountants working in Financial Close, Reporting, Legal Entity Control, and FP&A functions
Location - Bengaluru/Mumbai/Pune.

Responsibilities - * Manage a team of Chartered Accountants across Finance Close, Financial Reporting, Legal Entity Control, Statutory Reporting, and FP&A processes.

• Prepare accurate monthly financial reports, assist in creating presentations with thoughtful analysis, and support decision-making.
• Review and compile accounting transactions and documents throughout the month, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes to ensure financial integrity and timeliness.

Requirements - * 12+ years of relevant post-qualification experience in Finance, Accounting, or FP&A.

• Chartered Accountant qualification is mandatory.
• Hands-on expertise in Accounting or FP&A required; exposure to both domains is ideal.
• Strong knowledge of US/UK GAAP, IFRS, and financial reconciliation practices.
