Responsibilities -

• Overseeing and reviewing the preparation of financial statements, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations.
• Managing direct and indirect taxation, including GST filings and Income Tax.
• Guiding tax planning and optimization strategies for the business.
• Leading the month-end and year-end close processes efficiently and accurately.
• Collaborating with different stakeholders on financial reporting and audits.
• Maintaining compliance with corporate laws, accounting standards, and regulations.
• Managing and mentoring a team of finance professionals, ensuring the timely achievement of goals.

Requirements -

• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.
• 6-8 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, and taxation.
• Proficiency in GST, Income Tax, and corporate reporting.
• In-depth understanding of Indian accounting standards and regulatory compliance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in financial software tools and systems like Tally, SAP, or other ERP solutions.
