Job Description

Financial Modelling

Develop and own the financial model for the Company's business, working closely with business, strategy, operations, accounting and reporting teams & merchant bankers for IPO

Regularly present analysis and reports on relevant operating and financial metrics in an easy-to-understand format to senior business leaders

Track historical KPI parameters (internal and external nos) for the company and develop methods to capture them on a regular basis

Forecasting future P&L, Cash Flow on both cash and IND AS basis.

Data Repository

Build and maintain data repository for sales & financial data

Develop methods and strategies for assessing large amounts of data

Continuous improvement of FP&A processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy

Fortnightly, monthly & annual dashboards for CFO & other senior business leaders

Collaboration with Cross functional teams

Work closely with Financial reporting team for forecasting and monthly variance analyses

First contact for all teams for visibility on numbers, clarifications on details, forecasts, trends

Budgeting & Forecasting

Lead financial planning and budgeting processes Develp tools to track budget vs actuals at micro levels Analyse financial data and develop strategic recommendations Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement financial management best practices

Pay: ?1,500,000.00 - ?2,200,000.00 per year
