Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Lead and manage the Finance & Operations team effectively

Oversee accounting, budgeting, MIS, and financial reporting

Ensure statutory compliance (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.)

Manage operational processes to improve efficiency and cost control

Coordinate directly with Directors on strategic and operational matters

Support business planning and decision-making with financial insights

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Strong knowledge of finance, accounting, and operations management

Proven experience in team leadership and cross-functional coordination

Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel

Ability to work independently and handle responsibility at a senior level

Preferred Qualification:



MBA (Finance) or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory)

Location:

Sahibabad, Ghaziabad

Salary:

CTC upto 8.40 Lakh Annually
