Preparation of ROI (Project feasibility report) for New restaurant /Relocation of Restaurant. This involves: Prepare and Co-ordinate with stakeholders for ROI closure Activities from Finance side post New Store/Relocation of Store Tracking of New/Relocation stores performance against actuals Other such activities as may be required SPOC with corporate team for any unresolved query at store level like pending cashless issues, cash management, happay card reconciliation (petty cash) etc. Ensure P&L of the region is reflecting true and fair view and check and review different elements of costs and revenues with detailed analysis report of the same Closely track and monitor business and operational performance including manpower cost, rentals, food cost, non-food costs, incentive working etc. of existing restaurants and new restaurants and identify and plug any revenue leakages. Conduct review with different stakeholders over the performance of the region both with regional and corporate team. Preparation of budget for the region and co-ordinate with all the stakeholders for final signoff and tracking the actuals with the budget Own and maintain availability of the standard reports and dashboards Delivering ad-hoc information and analysis as and when required Track the cost overruns and align with key stakeholders for the explanation. Report deviation with anomalies. Manage relationships with multiple internal and external stakeholders with the objective of meeting delivery as per the agreed parameters, Encourage and promote a culture of creativity, discipline and people connect. Provide clear leadership and promote and foster a team culture consistent with the organizations values Ensure appropriate responses are made to audit observations and corrective and preventive actions are taken
