About the job:



The Corporate Finance Manager is responsible for multiple corporate entities within the Group, ensuring accurate financial reporting, statutory and tax compliance, and alignment with group-level policies. This role is pivotal in managing intercompany settlements, optimizing tax efficiency, and ensuring compliance with corporate law, including capital maintenance and distribution of reserves. The position requires strong technical expertise in accounting and corporate structuring and is ideally suited for a finance professional with Big 4 audit or tax experience.

Your Responsibilities:



Financial Reporting and compliance:



Own and manage the trial balance for assigned legal entities, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial reporting. Support the finance teams in the preparation, review and analysis of quarterly and annual financial reporting in accordance with IFRS for the corporate entities. Coordinate and support annual statutory audits for all corporate entities, ensuring clean audit outcomes and effective collaboration with external auditors. Develop and maintain robust a process for tracking compliance for financial statement filing across the full group. Interface with the financial shared services team for all corporate entity transactions. Manage and reconcile intercompany transactions and settlements globally, ensuring compliance with transfer pricing policies, withholding tax and documentation standards. Monitor and drive compliance to intercompany funding and dividend strategies. Support treasury operations across entities in relation to timely intercompany settlements across the group and dividends, ensuring efficient use of cash and capital. Ensure compliance with corporate law and governance requirements, including dividend policy. Advise management on corporate structuring, dividend planning, and reserve distributions in line with legal and tax frameworks. Ensure appropriate documentation is in place for all group's intercompany balances Liaise with company secretaries, legal counsel, and external auditors to maintain governance and statutory compliance across jurisdictions. Support the optimization of the group structure with key projects such as entity liquidation. Work closely with other departments, such as Treasury, Tax, global finance teams and the financial shared services team.

Your knowledge/skills, education, and experience:



Qualification/ Certification:



Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

Professional Qualification: ACA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent certification required. Experience: Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in corporate finance, accounting, or tax. This can be within a multinational or group environment but prior experience in Big 4 audit or tax is essential. Proven ability to manage multi-entity compliance and reporting, intercompany transactions, and tax-efficient corporate structures.

Skills Requirement:



Solid understanding of IFRS and basic practical issues associated with international tax e.g. withholding tax Familiarity with principles of corporate law, including distribution of reserves. Understanding of intercompany funding and settlement and associate tax compliance. Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g. Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Office skills. Proficient in building and maintaining strong working relationships with internal teams, external auditors, and other stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities. Strategic thinking with meticulous attention to detail and compliance.
