Job Description

Prepare Financial Statements under US GAAP including various GAAPs as required for the entities under scope monthly; Prepare financial analysis monthly for the scoped in entities; Review of trial balance and accounts and prepare necessary schedules monthly; Interacting with the statutory and internal auditors for timely completion of audits; Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, expenses, margins and capital expenditures; Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance; Supporting with in-depth analysis for board meetings and presentations; Prepare presentations to Board of Directors and Senior Management Team; Quarterly reporting of financial numbers and notes in Hyperion Financial Management (HFM); Related Party Transactions budgeting and reporting to Mahindra Group on quarterly basis; Interacting with the group auditors from Group consolidation point of view; Interacting with the Banks for banking matters; Credit Management - Responsible for reviewing, renewing / modification of credit limits for the Company & tracking utilization for cost effectiveness; MIS Reporting to Group on quarterly basis for utilisation of credit facility; Fund Management - Proactively taking responsibility for Investment of surplus funds; Implementing best practices and building strong internal controls; Monitoring of day-to-day transactions; Responsible for timely completion of statutory compliances for the scoped in entities; Ad-Hoc Reporting and Analysis;
