We are seeking a dynamic and driven finance professional to join our team as Manager - Finance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting all aspects of fund-raising, financial structuring, lender relationships, investor communications, and financial analysis related to infrastructure investment projects, particularly in the InvIT and BOT-HAM/Toll project space.
Key Responsibilities:
Liaise with
Lenders, Financial Institutions, Investors, and Fund Houses
to raise funds through loans, NCDs, etc., for InvIT and group entities.
Manage
pre- and post-sanction processes
: prepare proposals, coordinate sanction documentation, interact with LLCs and banks for execution.
Compile and submit financial information and reports required by lenders, investors, and institutions.
Work closely with
Credit Rating Agencies
for ongoing and new rating assignments.
Handle
debt syndication
, negotiation, and deal execution.
Develop
robust financial models
for BOT-HAM and BOT-Toll infrastructure projects.
Assist in creating
quarterly presentations
for the Board of Directors, investors, and lenders.
Conduct
valuation of infrastructure projects
and support due diligence exercises.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Demonstrated
experience in fund-raising
and financial structuring, preferably in the infrastructure or InvIT sector.
Strong
financial analysis and modeling
capabilities.
Sound knowledge of
infrastructure project finance
, including BOT and HAM models.
Experience in managing relationships with
lenders, investors, and credit rating agencies
.
Effective communicator with excellent
presentation and interpersonal skills
.
Ability to manage
multiple priorities
and work effectively under pressure.
Strong team orientation and collaborative mindset.
