Name Manager Department Accounts & Finance Location CFS-Tuticorin Band 3 Roles and Responsibilities: Responsible for CFS Day to Day accounting, Customer and Vendor management, Credit limit monitoring, Conduct the Auditing and timely submission of various MIS reports. Creating KPI reports. Gather and monitor CFS revenue on daily basis with close coordination with operation team. Forecasting revenue and costs. Monitor and report on accounting discrepancies. Perform month end and year end close processes. Key Responsibilities: ACCOUNTS & FINANCE Management accountant for the Business Unit Verification of vendor bills which includes rates, terms as per agreement, PO, receipt, TDS, GST and proper approval from authorized person Preparing weekly cash flow statements and controlling expenditures. Assisting in preparation of budgets, P&L and Balance sheets as per Ind AS and IFRS Keeping up to date with financial policies, practices and regulations. Complying with state and federal tax regulations. Periodic Customer and Vendor Balance confirmation Provisions, Accrual entry preparation and involving in MEC activities GL Scrutiny and reconciliation Fund management on daily operation activities Examining financial records to check for accuracy. Assisting in Preparation of monthly reports Assisting with the preparation of year end accounts and statutory accounts. GL accounts scrutiny and closing entries for MIS Finalisation of Provisions and accruals P&L analysis and Inter branch Recon Liaising with Internal/External Auditors and provide the data as per requirements and Preparing audit schedules Inter-company transactions and closing balances Time Management skills Qualification and Competencies: CA qualified with good experience of accounts and Finance Good communication skills both written and verbal Commercial and business awareness. 4-10 Years post qualification experience Deadline oriented and an ability to stick time constraints.
