Responsibilities Subject matter expert for data collection, validation and reporting of Scope 1 & 2 climate, water and related sustainability data. Managing and updating designs of existing reports, dashboards, and scorecards to ensure accurate reporting and to reduce redundancy. Managing data governance document and processes including ensuring data in the system is complete, has been reviewed for integrity and can withstand audit and assessment by 3rd parties Responsible for public/private reporting requirements, including to organizations such as CDP (Carbon Disclosure Project), GRI (Global Reporting initiatives), and BIER (Beverage Industry Environmental Roundtable). Supporting the teams (global & sectors) with ad-hoc data and statistical analysis including managing inputs for customer surveys as relevant. Responsible for data quality, managing the certification process with internal controls as well as partnering with Sustainability office for independent , third-party data verification / audit for CSRD to obtain a reasonable assurance. Communication with all sector data analysts Identification, setup and maintenance of improved online data, information, and file warehouse Support data automation process and improvements Adhoc requests from Global/Sector leadership Qualifications 7 - 12 years of experience with bachelor\'s degree preferably in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, IT, or Finance Prior experiences and knowledge in one or more key PepsiCo Financial/Operating area (e.g. SC Finance, Ops related support - Manufacturing, Transportation, Warehousing, etc.) either at a Corporate or Sector/Site level . 3+ years of experience in data analytics and modeling utilizing PowerBI or Tableau, 1+ years of experience in Alteryx and PowerApps Advanced skillset in Microsoft Excel . Experience with metrics, data analytics, modeling embraces technology and systems as a means of driving efficiency in reporting . Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate analytical findings into graphical or visual form for effective communication . Proven proficiency in attention to detail, schedule management and organizational skills. This includes the ability to work in a very fast paced environment with multiple initiatives at various stages at any one time, ability to handle many workstreams at once . Embraces technology and systems as a means of driving efficiency in reporting . Change management skills including development and execution of culturally-aligned change management strategies and targeted plans . Proven team player with the capability to collaborate with various teams and influence others coordination & collaboration skills required to manage a wide network . Strong attention to detail and interpersonal skills self-motivated and self-managed .
