We are confident that by the end of this period, GPC will be cash flow positive, paving the way for sustained growth and success in this burgeoning sector.Join us as we embark on this exciting journey to create something truly special in the world of pet care!About the role:As a Business Finance professional, you will play a critical role in partnering with cross-functional teams and business leaders to drive financial performance, ensure commercial discipline, and enable strategic decision-making. You will support business growth through data-driven insights, robust financial planning, and strong governance across key processes and initiatives.Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a finance partner to sales, marketing and operations teams, collaborating closely to understand operations, challenges, and strategic priorities.

• Drive and manage financial planning processes including annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-range plans.

• Deliver insightful analysis of financial and operational performance to influence business outcomes / decisions.

• Collaborate with the central finance and accounting teams to ensure financial compliance, support internal controls, and assist in internal / external audit-related activities.

• Collaborate with the cross functional stakeholders to develop best practices, initiate cost saving initiatives and drive simplification / automation.

Who are we looking for?Education & Experience:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant

• At least 2-3 years of relevant experience

• Proficiency in SAP and MS office is a must

• Previous experience in sales finance & supply chain finance within FMCG is preferred.

Skills:

• Good understanding of commercial processes and business acumen

• Good logical and analytical skills

• Excellent communication, presentation skills

• Ability to influence various stakeholders, team management

• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities as per timelines
