ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

Overall management

of the

Finance

functions including

MIS, Audit, Taxation, Corporate affairs

, etc Establish and monitor

annual financial objectives

and goals for the organization. Develop long term

budgetary planning and costs management

in alignment with the organizations strategic plan. Responsible for preparation, controlling and finalization of

Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account

,

Monthly MIS, Monthly Budget Variances

of the Company.

Providing information to the top management

on a monthly basis. Dealing with

Banks and Financial Institution

for day to day matters besides providing all necessary support with the preparation of documents pertaining to all short-term and long-term credit facilities. Interface with the

internal and external auditors

as a focal point for efficient management of the

Statutory, Tax & Internal Audits

Monitor

cash balances and cash forecasts

SKILLS / EXPERIENCE DESIRED

3+ years

of experience in

Corporate Finance, Costing & Treasury

. Be technically sound, and have strong expertise in

Audits, Statutory Compliance, Controller-ship

(

Budgetary Control, MIS, FP&A

). Should be able to

manage a team, implement budgetary systems

and

budget controlling.

Should have

excellent analytical & communication

skills along with a

pleasing personality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?600,000.00 - ?750,000.00 per year
