Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated professional to manage and grow our service verticals in

Internal Audit, Outsourced CFO Services, and Financial Automation.

This is a client-facing role that requires strong analytical skills, a solid foundation in audit and financial management, and a passion for leveraging technology to improve financial processes. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of leading assignments independently.

Key Responsibilities -

Internal Audit

Plan, lead, and execute internal audit assignments across industries. Conduct process walkthroughs, test controls, and evaluate compliance frameworks. Identify risks, control gaps, and inefficiencies. Prepare

clear, actionable audit reports

with practical recommendations. Ensure timely follow-ups with clients for recommendation implementation.

Financial Automation

Review client finance functions to identify automation opportunities. Support the deployment of tools/software for process improvement. Train client teams on new systems to ensure smooth adoption. Keep pace with emerging

FinTech and automation trends.

CFO Services

Deliver

virtual/outsourced CFO solutions

including: Budgeting & forecasting Cash flow management MIS reporting & dashboards Financial performance analysis Provide strategic guidance to help clients improve profitability and efficiency. Desired Skills & Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Commerce, Finance, or related fields.

Experience:

3-5 years in Internal Audit, Audit-focused roles, or Finance. Strong knowledge of

accounting principles, audit methodologies, and control frameworks.

High proficiency in

MS Excel

(VLOOKUP, PivotTables, HLOOKUP, etc.). Experience with

Tally, ERP, or other accounting software.

Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and report writing skills. Strong interpersonal skills for client communication & team collaboration.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
