Job Roles & Responsibilities:
Strong working knowledge of direct and indirect taxation.
In-depth understanding of accounting standards.
Experience in budget vs. variance analysis will be a plus.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Experience managing a team of 3-4 members are preferred.
Prior exposure to MNC manufacturing environments is highly desirable.
Skills: Strong leadership qualities with the ability to manage cross-functional teams
Experience: 8 to 10 years
Education: Chartered Accountant (CA) - Mandatory (Candidates with only CS or ICWA will not be considered).
