Job Summary

The Assistant Manager - Finance & Admin will support and oversee the financial operations and administrative functions of the organisation. This role will assist in ensuring accurate financial reporting, budgeting, compliance, and efficient administrative operations, while also contributing to process improvements and supporting leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Responsibilities



Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow). Coordinate with accounting team for timely bookkeeping, reconciliation of ledger accounts, bank & cash statements. Support budgeting and forecasting processes; monitor variances and provide analyses. Ensure compliance with tax, statutory, and regulatory requirements (GST, TDS, labour laws etc) in coordination with external consultants. Assist in internal audit processes and support external audit as required. Monitor company's working capital, financial risks, and support cost-control initiatives. Prepare management reports and dashboards for senior leadership to drive decision-making.

Administrative Responsibilities



Oversee the administrative operations of the office (facilities management, vendor management, office procurement, travel & logistics, vehicle management etc). Develop and implement standard policies and procedures for admin functions to improve efficiency and control. Manage relationships with vendors/contractors (office maintenance, cleaning, security, etc) and ensure service quality and cost-effectiveness. Support HR & admin functions such as onboarding, exit formalities, leave & attendance monitoring (if assigned), in coordination with HR team. Ensure safety, health, environment compliance in the office environment. Liaise with local authorities, utilities, lease agreements, property management where relevant.
Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Business Administration or related field. A professional qualification (such as CA-Inter, ICWA, MBA Finance) is a plus. Minimum 5-7 years of post-qualification experience in finance & accounts in an organisation, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory/managerial capacity. Proven experience handling administrative functions (office management, vendor management, etc). Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, taxation (GST, TDS), labour laws and regulatory compliance in India. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Zoho ,Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, Oracle) and MS Excel (advanced level). Excellent analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills; ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Strong communication skills (English & local language) and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Working Conditions

Based in Hosur Office-based role with some travel for vendor visits or branch audits as required. Standard working hours, with occasional extended hours during closing periods, audits or special projects.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
