Overseeing all accounts, ledgers ensuring compliance with appropriate regulatory requirements. Coordinating all audit activity. Consistently analysing of financial data and presenting financial reports in an accurate and timely manner. Assisting leadership in the annual budgeting and planning process; administering and reviewing all financial plans and comparing to actual results with a view to identifying, explaining and correcting variances as appropriate. Overseeing all financials, project and grants accounting; ensuring that expenditures are consistently aligned with grant. Leveraging strengths of the finance team members; providing clarity on the roles and responsibilities. Ensure compliance with accounting principles and provide accurate financial information for decision-making. Contribute to financial forecasting to help the organization plan for future financial needs. Ensure that transactions are recorded accurately and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. To manage all statutory compliances like TDS, GST, ESIC, EPF, Gratuity, PT etc. Review financial reports and advises corrective action accordingly. Review and process payments made to clients, employees (salaries), vendors and other business partners.
