Meridian Hospital is looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to lead our
Finance and Accounts Department
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, ensuring compliance, and providing strategic support to the management.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day finance and accounts operations of the hospital.
Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and budgets.
Manage cash flow, fund allocation, and cost control.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, Income Tax, etc.
Liaise with auditors, banks, and other external stakeholders.
Implement effective internal controls and financial policies.
Guide and mentor the accounts team for smooth operations.
Support management in financial planning, forecasting, and decision-making.
Qualifications & Requirements:
CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) / M.Com with relevant experience.
Minimum
7-10 years of experience
in Finance & Accounts, preferably in
healthcare/hospital industry.
Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and compliance.
Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
Proficiency in Tally ERP / Accounting software and MS Office.
