Responsibilities: * Initiate and lead the revenue budgeting process every year and ensure timely, accurate budgets working closely with operations

• Release of NFA/SES as per approved Budget and applicable DOA
• Maintain GL discipline in the site/cluster , accounting hygiene in Clean up old balances (with vendors/ customers reconciliation), institute GL review with open PR/PO/SO/ SES/GRN, etc. and scrutiny (review on monthly basis),
• Manage and control AR and AP GL's
• Validate CAPEX proposals proposed by HODs/COC and advise
• To ensure closing of the business books (SAP) as per ABEX/GCC timeline with full compliance to Accounting standards, and Providing financial review and Ensure that site-level MIS is produced in a timely and accurate manner and submit on monthly basis to HO
• Ensure effective monitoring of actuals vis-a-vis budgets; perform a deep-dive on root cause analysis of deviations (working closely with relevant Departments) and implement cost control/ performance improvement measures
• Lead the development of quarterly sales volume, Operational expenses and cash flow forecasts and any budgetary revisions required
• Support internal/statutory audit reviews for Tamnar Cluster and implement corrective / preventive measures
• Ensure timely processing of customer invoices/vendor payments
• Interface with corporate insurance ensuring prompt notification of incidents and provide support during surveys through provision of relevant documentation (liaising with the business)
• Support Team in resolving issues/coordination with GCC team, GL team, MDM team, Treasury team, Tax Team, Auditors (Statutory, Internal, Tax, and Cost auditor).
• Monthly communication with GCC team/ consultants/HO on matters and provide details as needed under various notices/ assessments; review Taxation/ statutory
• Review for Capitalization of Fixed assets and send to GCC for capitalization; Reconciliation of CWIP Ledger/ Movement/ accounting and Check Fixed Assets capitalization on monthly basis
• Monitor and control compliances in the Legatrix, Risk monitoring and support for risk mitigation
• Review of monthly cost optimization dash board and report to BU Controller
• Ensure compliance with all Group F&A policies and guidelines

Qualifications:
CA/MBA/ICWA
5-12 YEARS
