Experience range

5 - 7 years of experience in all aspects of Finance and Accounts, Export & Import, Taxation

Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)

Finance

Coordination with plant Finance teams to prepare annual and monthly Budgets and get approval from the Director. Financial statements for multiple verticals and group companies. Ensuring their financial compliances, returns and Financial MIS.

Accounts

Understanding of the accounting process for the various businesses w.r.t. Preparing P&L for various business cycles and tracking their working capital transactions with banks. All banking activities, collections, deposition and routine transactions under guidance of the Directors.
4. Ensuring all working capital loans and fund transfers are coordinated between the banks to ensure no defaults for the Directors.

Costing & MIS

All significant cost ratios and data as per the Director's dashboards are updated, proactively. Coordinate with plants and data points for timely preparation of reports, right first time.

Export & Import

Prepares documents and forms to move goods efficiently through export steps and procedures. Reviews paperwork and documents to ensure shipping, handling, storage charges, and customs fees are billed correctly. Maintains a database that tracks merchandise. Processes claims on merchandise shortages and overages.
