Job Description
Should be well versed with all the accounting operations. Should implementing maintaining financial controls procedures. Prepare journal entries, general ledger operations To prepare budgets forecasts To maintain cash flow To manage team of 4 people. Looking after salary disbursement, Compliances, Vendor Payments, etc. To look into import Export. GST, TDS, Audit,etc. Ensure proper maintenance of physical cash in the office record information. Ensure that money received in any form (Cheque, DD, Cash, etc.,) is recorded deposited into the Bank Account. Manage employee reimbursement advances as per business travel policy. Resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities. To maintain relations with CA Financial Consultants. Desired Candidate Profile Preferred B.Com, M.Com, MBA (Finance) with 8-12 years of experience in Accounts function. Should be willing to travel within the city for bank related matters, CA Office. Candidate with Vehicle will be given preference.
