RESPONSIBILITY:

The job holder will be responsible for Mumbai/ Head Office accounting
Ensure implementation of Internal Financial Controls with respect to accounting and regulatory compliances
Insurance management
Employee taxation and other direct tax compliances including corporate tax work

MIS Reporting:

Maintain and prepare MIS reports to be presented to the management, which include a snapshot of sales, P&L account, receivable statements, summary of inventory, aging of finished goods, cash flow, etc.
Accountable for current inventory valuation, cash flow projections, and forecasting
Responsible for collecting different reports to help maintain the MIS

Budgeting & Planning:

Prepare a detailed financial budget for the organization
Analysis of variances against budget and monitoring of key financial parameters
Ensure timely information is provided to the Management for publishing accounts as well as for budgeting.

Understanding of data privacy standards
Good knowledge of IND-AS & IRS
Good communication skills
Up to date with technological relevance and good working knowledge of SAP & MS Excel
