Job Location: Currently we're located in Sakinaka & re-locating to Thane in next 4-5 months

Job Overview: Supporting in accounts finalization, audit closure, subsidiary accounting oversight, and tax compliance. The role demands strong analytical capability, hands-on experience in managing international entities, and the ability to drive accurate financial consolidation and statutory reporting.

Job Responsibilities:

Finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts as per applicable accounting standards. Manage statutory, internal, and tax audit closure, ensuring timely resolution of audit queries. Handle accounting, reporting, and compliance for international subsidiaries. Prepare consolidated financial statements, including intercompany reconciliations and eliminations. Oversee direct and indirect tax compliance including GST, TDS, corporate tax filings, and assessments. Ensure strong internal controls, accurate financial reporting, and adherence to regulatory requirements. Support management with financial analysis, MIS, and reporting.
