Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Monthly account closing, related MIS and variance analysis Consolidated Financials quarterly and Annual including Board presentations UK foreign subsidiary company account closing monitoring and Board presentation

Annual Account Closing

Handling Related party transactions, Getting RPT transaction confirmation with Related parties and filing details in RPT portal.

Annual budgeting activities, including co-ordination with all functions for collating monthly phasing of budgets

Direct Taxation :

Handling Payroll processing & accounting. Monthly manpower cost analysis. Gratuity / Leave actuarial valuations

Compliance monitoring and update portal with compliance activities. Capex management

Vendor management monitoring including :

Dealers/Customer management including :

Sales and marketing accounting :

Liaison with banks for various banking activities,

Internal Audit Co-ordination and closing observations

Experience
