Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day financial operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger.
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts and cash flow plans.
Ensure compliance with statutory compliance and internal financial policies.
Liaise with auditors, banks and other financial institutions.
Provide financial analysis and insights to support management decisions.
Monitor cost optimization initiatives and drive financial efficiency.
Preferred candidate profile:
Qualified or Semi-qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
7 to 12 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting.
Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting and statutory compliance.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP software.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
High attention to detail and ability to work under strict deadlines.
Strong team management skills.
