Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced

Manager - Finance & Accounts

to lead and manage financial operations for our manufacturing business. The role involves overseeing accounting, costing, taxation, compliance, budgeting, and financial reporting while supporting strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.

Experience:

12-15 years

of relevant experience

Manufacturing industry experience is mandatory

Qualification:

CA or CMA

- Mandatory

M. Com or MBA (Finance)

- Preferred

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong expertise in

manufacturing accounting and cost management

Hands-on experience with

ERP systems

(SAP / Oracle / Tally or similar) Prior exposure to

Manufacturing / Industrial / Engineering / FMCG

environments

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Management & Reporting

Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Ensure accuracy of books of accounts in compliance with statutory requirements Analyze financial performance and present MIS reports to management

Costing & Manufacturing Finance

Monitor product costing, variance analysis, and margin analysis Support pricing decisions and cost control initiatives Work closely with production and operations teams

Taxation & Compliance

Handle direct and indirect taxation (Income Tax, GST, TDS, etc.) Ensure timely statutory filings, audits, and regulatory compliance Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and tax authorities

Budgeting & Forecasting

Lead annual budgeting and periodic forecasting exercises Track actuals vs budgets and recommend corrective actions

Internal Controls & Process Improvement

Strengthen internal control systems and SOPs Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance

Team & Stakeholder Management

Lead and mentor finance and accounts team Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
