We have an open requirement for Manager Finance & Accounts for one of our Edtech client.. Please find the below details:

Job Title - Manager Finance & Accounts

Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai (Work from office)

Please Note: Experience in International accounting is mandatory

Key Responsibilities-

The Manager - Accounts & Finance will be responsible for overseeing the organization's accounting and

financial operations, with a strong focus on international payments and end-to-end audit management. The

role requires hands-on experience in handling overseas transactions, preferably Africa-region payments,

while ensuring compliance with statutory and audit requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Overseas / International Accounting Experience with knowledge of statutory- VAT, Corporate TAX etc, Expertise in
Book Closure (IMP), Strong Co-ordination with External Auditors / CS etc. (Africa Experience will be an

added advantage)

Software Knowledge Quick books will be an added advantage.
Knowledge of Foreign Remittance (Receipt & Payments) from other Countries to India & Vice versa.
Manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations Manage day-to-day accounts, billing, receivables, and payables
Handle statutory compliances such as GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, and ESI
Prepare monthly MIS, financial reports, and support budgeting activities
Handle international payments, preferably with experience in Africa-region transactions
Ensure compliance and banking regulations
Manage end-to-end audit processes, including coordination with internal and external auditors
Oversee statutory compliances (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.)

Prepare MIS reports, financial statements, and support management reviews
Monitor cash flow, receivables, and payables
Coordinate with banks, consultants, and auditors
Lead and support the accounts and finance team
Requirements:

CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent
8-12 years of experience in Accounts & Finance
Preferred worked into service sector
Strong exposure to international payments (Africa experience preferred)
Proven experience in end-to-end audit handling
Good knowledge of taxation, compliance, and accounting standards
