What We're Looking For

Chartered Accountant (CA) with 2-3 years of corporate experience OR Semi
qualified CA/ MBA (Finance) with 6-8 years of corporate experience

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, reconciliations, GST, TDS, income
tax, and compliance

Proven experience in handling company accounts end-to-end Proficiency in accounting software (ERP systems/Zoho) and MS Excel Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills Must be Gurgaon-based for an on-site role
Key Responsibilities

Oversee general ledger, month-end close, reconciliations (bank, AR/AP, fixed
assets)

Prepare financial MIS reports for management review and quarterly/annual
financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards.

Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns Handle taxation, compliance, and audits in coordination with external partners Prepare financial reports, MIS, and cash flow statements for management Conduct regular bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations Monitor internal controls, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and
company policies

Coordinate and support statutory & tax audits, liaise with tax consultants,
regulatory authorities.

Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities Drive automation and digitalization in accounting processes (ERP/finance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
