We are looking for a Manager - Accounts and Finance who is comfortable handling multiple responsibilities, is proactive, has a managerial bent of mind, and most importantly who is as dedicated as us to achieving meaningful social impact. The Manager Accounts & Finance will play a pivotal role in managing our financial operations, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations, and maintaining strong banking relationships. Please read the below job description and if interested apply through this Google form. https://forms.gle/SM6wws4Y2UhF3Nk66 Role: Senior Manager: Accounts & Finance Location: Delhi Experience: 7-10 Years Date of Joining: Immediate Employment Type: Full-time Educational Qualifications: Bachelor\'s or Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Accounting, ACCA, CA, or a related field; MBA or CPA Key Skills: Donor Management, Legal Compliance, Audits, Accounts Payable and Receivable, Managing Invoices, Financial Reporting and Accounting, Cash Flow Management, Taxation, Voucher Checking, Receipt and Payment Account, Cash Flow Review, GAAP, FCRA and other financial compliances, Revenue management and forecasting, Team Management. Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare budgets and cost proposals for new programs, translating technical propositions into quantified resource requirements.
  • Manage Global Fund, budgeting, donor reporting, auditing, and grant management, including consortiums and sub-partner reviews.
  • Develop and implement robust internal control systems to safeguard financial assets and enhance efficiency.
  • Create, maintain, and update annual forecasts, detailing projected revenues, costs, expenses, cash flows, and sales growth based on management\'s plans.
  • Manage invoicing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeline.
  • Coordinate with project teams ensuring they have the financial support they need.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
  • Lead and manage a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and foster professional development.
  • Review and forecast cash flow and monitor accounts receivables to ensure adequate funds are available for operational needs and payouts.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, RBI regulations, and legal requirements
  • Facilitate banking transactions and address financial queries while also maintaining good relationships with banks and financial institutions.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s or master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 7-10 years of progressive accounting experience.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and GAAP.
  • Proficient in accounting software like Tally 7.2, Tally 9, and Tally ERP 9, with a strong grasp of basic accounting principles.
  • Knowledge of MS Office (versions 2003, 2007, 2010, 2013, 2015).
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance.
  • Willingness to learn, adapt to new challenges and actively seek opportunities for improvement and growth.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: 294,387.87 - 1,242,483.22 per year Schedule:
