ROLE: MANAGER, ACCOUNTS & FINANCE

The Big Picture

As a Manager of Accounts & Finance, you will support the financial department by managing daily accounting tasks. If you are a geek about numbers and cash management, Illumine-i is the ideal place for you.

What you can expect as a Manager of Accounts & Finance at Illumine-i:

• You\'ll lead the audit co-ordination for entities in India and USA.
• You\'ll be taking care of monthly book closure and the finalization of accounts at subsidiary company level.
• You\'ll drive the consolidation of financial statement at group level.
• You\'ll manage the general ledger accounting & review.
• You\'ll support the team with various MIS requirement live segment reporting and expense tracking with budget.
• You\'ll get an exposure to the US tax compliance systems, such as the payroll tax compliance, state & federal level compliance, in association with US lawyers & auditors
• You\'ll champion process improvement and policy documentation of finance and operation.

• CA qualified with 7+ years of experience, post a 3-year articleship.
• Working knowledge on GST will be added advantage.
• Working knowledge on direct tax related to TDS, tax audit and finalization, including transfer pricing.
• Has prior experience with internal audit of a manufacturing setup and is well aware of processes such as P2P, O2C (a knowledge of controls would be an advantage)
• Good exposure of statutory audit, tax audit during articleship or otherwise
• Communication skill will be top priority both written and spoken English.
• Stability in career - minimum 2 year in each organization of previous experience.

• Knowledge in inventory management.
• Relevant experience in a manufacturing sector for at least 2+ years.
