Manager Finance & Accounting

Other qualifications required for this role, include:

Sr Manager Finance & Accounting

A minimum qualification of CA with a few years' work experience; Solid experience coordinating audit activities and managing reporting, budget
development and analysis, accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, payroll,

and accounting for investments;

A track record in grants management; experience in compliance and reporting of
government, corporate and foundation grants is essential;

Technology savvy with experience in selecting and overseeing software installations
and managing relationships with software vendors; advanced knowledge of accounting

and reporting software;

Commitment to recruiting, mentoring, training, and retaining a diverse team, with a
foresight and ability to delegate accordingly;

Keen analytic, organization and problem solving skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; experience in effectively

communicating key data, including presentations to senior management, board or

other outside partners;

Ability to translate complex financial concepts to individuals at all levels including
finance and non-finance managers.

Knowledge on FCRA administration; Implementation knowledge of ERP systems desirable; Experience in leading and coaching a team and working closely with the Organization's
Leadership/Executive teams is essential;

MIS :

- Ensuring monthly closure of financials activities, as per timeline.

- Preparation and review of Profit and Loss for the entire Zone (5+ Manufacturing Plants). Review cluster locations P&L and activity details

- Budget vs. Actual variance report for Plants under this Zone.

- Internal Controls and Audit

- Periodic review of operations and discussion with respective functional heads for audit requirements

Revenue Accounting and Receivable management :

- Experience managing Customer billing and receivable management.

- Daily Revenue logins with correct documentation as per Company policy

- Daily Collection Accounting.

- Adherence to deadline of corporate and make sure that all cluster follow timely billing, collection and review Profit and Loss Accounts.

Cost and Payable management :

- Processing of vendor payments as per TAT.

- Follow standard operating process on vendor payment.

- Adherence to Material management process like Purchase Order and Good Receipt Note.

- Ensuring real-time financial statements like balance sheet, P&L accounts, cash flow statements and income statements are available for business decision making

- Review Sales/Operations/Supply Chain finance activities and work with multi-function teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations and Supply Chain) on inter dependencies

Qualification Required : MBA or CA with minimum 10-14 years of experience in finance and accounts from any Manufacturing Industry.

The position will lead all day-to-day finance operations and supervise a team of staff members. It will hold functional responsibility over accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and grants administration.

Salary upto 12 Lakhs per Annum

Experience upto : 15 to 20 years of experience in Accounting & Finance , ERP Experience
