Manager- Finance

Reports to : SVP Finance /CFO

With moderate direction, she/he will be responsible for B2B & B2C accounts payables, accounts receivable, MIS preparation, variance analysis, GST and audit compliance function of the organisation with a team of 4-5 people.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Responsible for the accounting for revenue streams of the business and ensure correct revenue accounting as per the accounting standards.

- Responsible for payable accounting as per the accounting standards.

- Responsible for preparation of Annual Operating Plan

- Manage daily accounting operations

- Ensure accurate book keeping

- Ensure compliance of GST including reconciliation of books and various GST returns.

- Manage MIS, Cash flow, Budget actions related to Revenue and the collections.

- Will work in dual capacity, being hands-on in accounting activities, MIS and also manage a small team.

- Engage in statutory and compliance audits

- Work on Salesforce and ERP systems (Oracle Net Suite) and lead the implementation process

- Dealing with Corporate Customers and also addressing their queries if any either directly or through the team.

- Various revenue, expense analysis and MIS

- Coordinating with multiple internal departments for faster resolution of issues

Experience and Background required :

- CA- Final /CWA with 4-8 years' experience in Accounts payables and Accounts Payables Management.

- Should have extensive knowledge / experience of revenue recognition, expense booking in Indian GAAP

- Experience in driving initiatives to improve the speed and efficiency of the monthly books closure

- Exposure to billing and accounting systems in retail industry

- Experience in GST is essential.

- Month-end close experience required

- Should have handled audits independently

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ?1,065,861.66 - ?2,500,000.50 per year
