- We are seeking a driven Sales Manager to lead Sales performance. The agency manager\'s responsibilities include identifying Sales consultants and drive business, setting and meeting monthly targets.Responsibilities :- Recruiting, screening, and training new Sales consultants.- Analysing performance and drawing up action plans.- Establishing strong relationships with staff and clients.- Ensuring all Sales consultants exercise good time management.- Obeying agency regulations, guidelines, and policies, and ensuring staff does the same.- Researching current industry/market trends and using knowledge for business improvement.Requirements :- Bachelor\'s degree in any field- 2-5 years of sales experience (Team Handling)- Good leadership and people skills.- Excellent time management.- Great networking abilities.Note : We Do Not Charge Any Amount From The Candidates.
