Job Purpose

In the highly competitive telecom business, Network Quality is the key differentiator of customer satisfaction. This role will be accountable for Operation and Maintenance of Zonal RAN/MW network, preventive maintenance, WFM KPI to deliver superior voice & data experience to customers.

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

• To maintain the Network uptime for all Technology in the Zone as per SLA.
• Taking corrective actions and Preventive Maintenance to improve the Network uptime of the Zone.
• To resolve the SA/NSA Alarms of RAN and MW within specified TAT.
• Maintaining the MW KPI like fluctuations/errors/utilization/XPD, Frequency deviation.
• Meeting the WFM KPI as per target, acknowledging the tasks 100% and maintain the MTTR.
• Ensuring discipline in Asset/Inventory/Spare Management documentation to have right track of Network Assets.
• Every movement/Addition of asset should be in NSS.
• MW Uptime and ensure the visibility of MW Nodes in NMS
• Driving initiatives for reduction of repeated Faults and improvement of MTTR.
• To work with Safety and ensuring to follow the HSW Guidelines.
• Packet loss/TNL/Latency/S1 Outage must be resolved within same day of escalation.
• Coordination with Infra Partners to keep the Uptime high.
• MW Traffic shifting for LOS/Interference cases

• In-depth technical knowledge in radio network parameters (2G/3G/4G/VOLTE)
• Excellent domain knowledge and hands on experience on RAN/MW equipment\'s.
• Cross Functional support to reduce customer complaints
• Keen interest in learning new technologies.
• Customer centric, Innovative , Ambitious and competitive, Calculated risk taking & task oriented

Must have technical / professional qualifications

B-Tech Electronics and Telecommunications with 6-7+ years of experience
