Global Finance Modernization (GF Mod) is a transformation to enable Global Finance to achieve its vision of being a strategic advisor to the business where Finance is shaping and leading critical strategic initiatives across the enterprise, driving growth and enterprise value. This program focuses on all aspects of Finance, including transformation across our people, processes, operating model, and technology. GF Mod will improve the employee experience and allow Finance to deliver a more seamless and consistent experience to its customers.?McDonalds has an exciting opportunity for a Manager, Field Finance role based in India. You will be responsible for supporting our Market finance teams in providing support for various Field Finance activities. This role will be part of the Field Finance team in our Global Business Service team and partner closely with our Market Finance Teams across the globe to deliver required franchisee financial information in the service of delivering quality business outcomes.The candidate is expected to reside in India.Who were looking for:Responsibilities:

• Reviews analysis and key financial trends and insights of franchisee financial information gathered by the team from GFFS tool (Global Franchising Finance System).
• Reviews and finalizes initial commentary and reporting in support of Franchisee Business Review process, highlighting critical financial metrics and performance indicators.
• Owns interactions & liaises with Market Finance teams across the globe during Franchisee Business Review process.
• Oversee 3 direct reports who will support US and various Market Finance teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
• Intermediate to advance skill level in Microsoft Excel, familiarity with database tools.
• Experience in providing data-driven and financial analysis.
• Experience in relationship management and business partnering skills.
• Experience in working with data visualization tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills: able to present and convey financial information clearly and effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
• Customer focused approach with commitment to delivering high-quality service and support to stakeholders.
• Experience in managing a team and ability to provide coaching and guidance to execute work.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines managing multiple key business priorities.
