Position Details Position Manager - Proprietary & Hydraulics (CDMM)
Reports To GM - CDMM FM
Place of Posting Pithampur
Responsibilities & Key Deliverables -Drawing study, Cost estimation / SBC, process planning for new project parts
- Project management and monitoring
- RFQ floating, SOR study, Technical sign-off with suppliers, Quote synthesis
- Dealing with Proprietary suppliers, and application sign-off with suppliers
- Release PO, PR in the system & commercial data maintenance
- New component development for Proprietary & Hydraulic parts within QCD targets.
- VPPAP closure, scheduling & procurement
- Liasoning with various departments (SSU, QA, SCPC, Mfg, PMO)
Job Requirements Experience -8 to 10 years of relevant experience in Agri Machinery /Tractor Industry , Vendor development function.
Qualification BTech/ BE- Mechanical
Skills -Ability to speak + read + write fluently in English and local language
-Ability to design and develop economical manufacturing process to produce FTR components
-Needs to be proficient in SOR evaluation and must have strong engineering expertise in relevant commodity
- Computer proficient and operating knowledge of SAP
-Must have strong interpersonal skills and influencing skills
- Ability to work in a diverse and dynamic environment
