Job Description

Overseeing all food and beverage operations, managing budgets, and ensuring high-quality guest experiences. Key responsibilities involve leading and training staff, developing menus, managing inventory, and maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations. The role also requires building vendor relationships and analyzing financial reports to meet revenue and profitability goals.

Key responsibilities



Operations management

: Oversee the daily operations of all F&B outlets to ensure efficiency, quality, and adherence to brand standards.

Staff management

: Recruit, hire, train, and supervise F&B staff. Set performance standards and conduct regular reviews to motivate the team.

Menu and product development

: Collaborate with the culinary team to create and update menus, ensure quality and presentation of food and beverages, and manage product inventory.

Financial management

: Develop and manage the F&B budget, monitor costs (including labor and inventory), and provide regular reports on productivity and financial results.

Guest relations

: Ensure exceptional customer service, handle guest complaints professionally, and gather feedback to make improvements.

Vendor management

: Build and maintain positive relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure the best prices and quality for all F&B provisions.

Compliance

: Ensure all operations comply with health, safety, and sanitation regulations, as well as corporate policies.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹85,000.00 - ₹180,000.00 per month
