Raltech Precision Engineering Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and responsible

Factory & Project Manager

to assist the Managing Director in handling factory operations and project execution. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of civil and construction works along with strong project coordination and factory management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Managing Director in day-to-day operations of factory and project sites Coordinate and supervise ongoing manufacturing and construction-related projects Manage site activities, labor, material planning, and contractor coordination Ensure adherence to timelines, quality, and safety standards on all projects Monitor and report project progress to senior management regularly Maintain and analyze project data, expenses, and documentation Provide administrative and logistic support related to factory and project management Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping using Excel and other tools Handle vendor and subcontractor communication

Candidate Profile:

Graduate in Engineering, Civil, or related field preferred (not mandatory) Should have

basic knowledge of civil and construction activities

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in factory/project management roles

Proficient in Microsoft Excel

and general MS Office tools Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Should be

proactive, detail-oriented, and dependable

Must be willing to work from

Goregaon

initially and shift to

Kaman

location within 2 months
