A highly motivated and results-oriented Facility Manager (Soft Services) is sought to oversee daily operations. They will ensure smooth and efficient delivery of all soft services within facilities. This role requires a strong focus on people management, communication, and problem-solving to create a safe, clean, and productive environment for all occupants and visitors.
About the Role:
Overseeing daily operations of housekeeping, security, retail outlets, stores maintenance, and other support services.
Coordinating with and managing external service providers for cleaning, catering, and other soft services.
Conducting regular inspections and audits to ensure high standards of cleanliness, safety, and service delivery.
Managing budgets for soft services, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficient resource utilization.
Overseeing and negotiating contracts with service providers.
Supervising and managing the performance of in-house teams providing soft services.
Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Identifying and implementing strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of soft services.
Working with other departments (e.g., engineering, procurement) to resolve facility-related issues.
Preparing reports on service performance, budgets, and other relevant metrics.
About You:
Graduate
Minimum Experience - 7+ Years
Experience within the Facility industry
Strong written and oral communication skills
High attention to detail and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
