Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end F&A operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights that drive organizational decision-making.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize financial operations and enhance process efficiencies.
• Ensure adherence to compliance protocols and governance standards, minimizing risks.
• Lead a high-performing team while mentoring and supporting their career development.
• Prepare and present financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and other critical analyses to stakeholders.
• Identify trends and opportunities to drive cost optimization and value creation.

Requirements

• Minimum of 12+ years of experience in Business Finance and F&A Operations, preferably in a leadership role.
• Expertise in financial analysis, operational controls, budgets, and compliance frameworks.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems and tools used for financial management.
• Proven ability to manage and lead teams in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A professional certification (e.g., CA, CPA, CMA) is a plus.
• Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to operations and management.
