Responsibilities & Key Deliverables:

• Lead the Finance transformation at Auto and Farm sector in Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd.
• Collaborate with the Business team and IT team for the implementation of Product costing and Profitability Analysis (CO-PA).
• Work with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements across sectors.
• Design and implement solutions that align with the business's financial needs and goals.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and insights.
• Provide technical support for financial systems and applications.
• Design and develop Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Develop and maintain financial databases and data models.
• Stay updated with the latest financial systems and trends to ensure business benefits from technology advancements.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess the success of transitions and identify areas for improvement.

Experience
Experience:
The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating proficiency in financial analysis, reporting, and system implementation.
Industry Preferred
Industry Preferred:
Industry experience in Automobile and Manufacturing sectors is preferred for this role, bringing insight into sector-specific financial operations and challenges.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
The candidate should possess a CA, ICWA, CA (inter), or MBA finance qualification. A SAP certification would be considered advantageous.
