Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

MIS generation for Plant Accounts

Monitoring and analysis of Plant related Expenses, suppliers & contractors bills, GL scrutiny & aging reports and coordination with concerned deptts. for implementing corrective actions

Ensuring timely & accurately completion of monthly closing activities related to Plant accounts

Organising information for quarterly/annual audits as per given formats & timelines

Ensuring adherence of DoA applicable to Plant expenses

Monitoring adherence to compliances applicable to Plant Accounts

Initiating process improvements and digitisation projects for Plant Accounts

Monitoring adherence to Risk & Control Matric (RCMs) & SOPs related to Plant Accounts

Experience

Working experience of 10-12 years in a manufacturing unit

Industry Preferred
