Manager / Sr. Manager - F&A Operations - BPM/BPO -12 Years -Mohali
Location- Mohali
We are hiring an experienced Finance & Accounting professional to lead end-to-end F&A operations in a shared services/outsourcing environment. This role requires strong functional expertise across core accounting processes, people leadership, client stakeholder management, and ownership of service delivery, controls, and process improvements. The position offers high visibility, large team exposure, and opportunities to drive transformation and operational excellence.

Responsibilities * Own and manage end-to-end F&A processes including R2R, O2C, P2P, AR, AP, GL, and Reconciliations.

• Ensure smooth execution of daily, weekly, and month-end close activities in line with SLAs and KPIs.
• Lead, mentor, and manage large teams (Team Leads, SMEs, Analysts) with focus on performance, productivity, and engagement.
• Act as the primary SPOC for client communication, reviews, and escalations.
• Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and operational efficiency programs.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and audit requirements (SOX).
• Lead process transitions, knowledge transfer, documentation, and stabilization.
• Prepare and review MIS, dashboards, and performance metrics for senior stakeholders.
• Support account financials, cost optimization, utilization, and margin improvement initiatives.

Requirements * 10+ years of experience in Finance & Accounting operations.

• Strong hands-on knowledge of R2R, O2C, P2P, AR, AP, GL, and month-end close.
• Exposure to US GAAP / IFRS and SOX controls.
• Proven experience in team handling and client stakeholder management.
• Experience in transitions, process migrations, and shared services/BPO environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Willingness to work in flexible shifts (24/7 environment).
